Members of EGCE teach in the following courses:

Paris Saclay University

Master GenE2
Graduate School: Life Sciences and Health
The Master 2 GenE2 (Genetics, Genomics, Epigenetics and Evolution) is part of the Master Biology-Health of the University Paris-Saclay.

The Master GenE2 is dedicated to biology students who wish to acquire, in addition to research training, skills in sequencing data analysis.

The Master 2 GenE2 is:

  • Dual skills training: Biology and Data Analysis
  • A “ChIP-seq” workshop: a practical workshop to perform of a chromatin immunoprecipitation experiment followed by Illumina sequencing
  • A “Big Data” workshop: a practical workshop for the analysis of sequencing data that aims to familiarize students with the manipulation and exploitation of high-throughput sequencing data from genomics, epigenomics and transcriptomics …
  • Teaching units in the form of lectures given by specialists from each field
  • A 6-month internship in a research or business team
  • A network of hosts laboratories in Ile-de-France, in France and abroad
