Recherche: Génomique évolutive des maladies infectieuses
Ma thématique de recherche concerne l’écologie et l’évolution des maladies infectieuses. Mon projet actuel vise à comprendre les caractéristiques génétiques qui font que certaines espèces d’insectes vecteurs de la maladie de Chagas tirent avantage des changements anthropogéniques. Ce projet est important pour comprendre la dynamique de la biodiversité dans un environnement modifié par l’homme.
